I'm a 1st AC working between Munich and Vienna, almost ten years into the industry. What I love about the job is that it sits right between the technical and the creative. I'm responsible for the camera: the builds, the batteries, the hundred small things that simply have to work. At the same time I'm close enough to the DoP and the director to be part of the image. Pulling focus means my hands are on every frame that ends up on screen, and I like that responsibility.

I stay calm, because rushing causes mistakes. I keep it fun, because people work better on a good set. In 2020 I co-founded the production company Bitte einen Film, and since 2023 I've been freelancing. Alongside set work I've spent the last years as editor and videographer for international clients such as Mindworker (US) and HCA (Cyprus and Dubai): event films, YouTube, funnel and social media videos.

Where are you based, and do you travel?

I work out of Munich and Vienna and am available across Germany, Austria and internationally. I have a driving licence and am happy to travel.
